Refund and Cancellation Policy

Products

Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the seal and packaging are intact. Personalised, energised-to-order, or cut-to-size pieces may be non-returnable — we note this on the product when applicable.

Damaged-in-transit claims need unboxing photos within 48 hours.

Consultations

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows may forfeit prepaid slots. Free introductory calls have no cash value.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. WhatsApp us with your order ID to start a request.
